Patna : Two bike borne armed criminals on April 3, 2017, looted Rs 3.5 lakh cash from an employee of Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited (BSPHCL) Sanjay Kumar, when he was going to deposit the cash in Bihta branch of Canara Bank, about 33 km from Patna.
SHO, Bihta police station in Patna district, R K Tiwari, said that the Canara Bank branch is located near Bihta railway station and the incident took place at 3.45 pm. The SHO said that the criminals were riding an Apache motorcycle. SHO Tiwari said that the CCTV cameras installed in the area concerned have not recorded the cash loot incident.
