Ara : Patna High Court served notice on the RJD MLA from Barahara assembly constituency in Bhojpur district Saroj Yadav on May 18, 2017, in connection with blacklisting of a construction firm Ara Ram JI Singh and Company by the state government. The court also removed the company from the blacklist.
Ara Ram Ji Singh and Company was blacklisted allegedly at the behest of Barahara RJD MLA Saroj Yadav. The agent of the company Ashok Kumar Singh alias Ram Babu Singh of Rampur under Barahara police station in Bhojpur district knocked the door of the High Court against the decision of the government to blacklist the company at the behest of the MLA. The MLA was not available for his comment on the issue.
