Cops pose as boozers to arrest shop owner selling liquor

Bagaha : Bagaha town police station SHO Mohamad Ayub and his associates, posing as members of a baraat party, went on a car to a grocery shop of Gaurishankar Sao of Baragaon Nawakatola under the police station in West Champaran district on May 10, 2017, and demanded liquor and requested a little place for consuming it. As soon as the shop owner served them liquor and biscuits, the policemen arrested him.

Tulsi Sao of the village was also arrested a drunken state while trying to flee from the scene. When the cops searched the shop,  seven bottles of IMFL of 200 ml of UP make were recovered. Both the arrested persons were sent to jail same day, the SHO said.
