Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : Bokaro SP Y S Ramesh had a close shave on August 28, 2017, morning sustaining only minor injuries when a vehicle coming from opposite direction hit his official vehicle at Petarwar on National highway 23, about 30 km away from Bokaro Steel city in Jharkhand. The vehicle, which hit the SP’s vehicle, was been seized while the driver has been arrested on charge of negligent driving.
SP Ramesh received minor injuries in the accident and was immediately rushed to Bokaro General hospital for treatment. Official sources stated that the SP, with force, was going to convene a meeting on anti- naxal operation to be carried against maoists but before he could reach Gomia the accident took place.
