Muzaffarpur: B R Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU), Muzaffarpur, will hold its convocation on December 22, 2016. The governor cum chancellor Ram Nath Kovind has given permission for it, said BRABU VC Dr Pandit Pallande.
Bihar CM Nitish Kumar will be conferred on honorary degree of DLitt at the convocation. The university has already taken a decision to this effect and university Registrar has sought permission from the chief minister in this connection. The chief minister will be conferred on honorary DLitt degree for his social justice work. The BRABU academic council and syndicate has already approved it. Deputy CM Tejaswi Yadav and Education minister Ashok Chaudary have also been invited to attend the convocation. CM Nitish Kumar will be the chief guest.
