Saharsa : Golu Kumar, 17, son of Gopal Bhagat of village Morkahi in Rampur Panchayat under Simribakhtiarpur police station in Saharsa district, drowned to death in water filled ditch near Morhahi Pul on July 19, 2017. The villagers took him out of the ditch and rushed him to the sub-divisional hospital, Simribakhtiarpur, where the doctor declared him brought dead. Golu drowned to death while taking bath in the ditch.
