Patna: The body of a youth was found hanging from a tree near Deo Halt under Madanpur police station in Aurangabad district on Tuesday. The deceased was identified as Sudhir Choudhary (21), a native of village Bardi under Madanpur police station.
Police said that the deceased was a vegetable vendor and had left his house on Monday evening for marketing. When Sudhir did not return home the same evening, his family members started searching for him. On Tuesday, his body was found hanging with a tree by some of the villagers near Deo Halt. Madanpur police station (PS) SHO S K Singh said that it seems that Sudhir had committed suicide. “ We are in touch with deceased’s family members to ascertain whether he had enmity with anyone or not,” the SHO said adding that the body was sent for autopsy.
