Bettiah : Incharge, Sahodara Police Outpost, Krishnamurari Gupta, recovered body of Nepali woman hanging from a tree in the dense forest under Manguraha Forest Range under Narakatiaganj Sub-Division in West Champaran district on October 10, 2018. The deceased is yet to be identified, Gupta said.
Gupta said that it will be confirmed only after the autopsy whether the woman was raped after being killed and then the body hanged from the tree or she committed suicide. The body was sent to MJK Hospital, Bettiah, for autopsy the same day.
