Saharsa : The BJP leaders and workers will apprise union Home Minister Rajnath Singh of the collapse of law and order in the Kosi division district during his Saharsa visit on April 25, 2017.
Giving this information on April 19, 2017, at a presser, Saharsa district BJP president Niraj Gupta and former BJP MLA Sanjiv Kumar Jha said that criminals had unleashed terror in the entire division but police remain a silent spectator. They said that the NDA would intensify its agitation if things did not improve in next seven days. Gupta and Jha also demanded appointment of an IPS officer as Saharsa SP.
BJP leaders Subodh Rai, Shashi Shekhar Samrat, Shambhunath Jha, Sanjay Vashisth, Gautam Kumar, Bal Kishore Bhagat, Vijay Basant and Abhishekh Vardhan were prominent among those present on the occasion.
