Muzaffarpur : Unidentified bike borne criminals shot dead a distributor of Britania biscuit Om Prakash Agarwal alias Raju at 9 pm on April 6, 2017, at his business establishment opposite Krishna Talkies under Town Police station, Muzaffarpur. The criminals first looted a bag containing Rs 2 lakh cash and then shot dead Agarwal.

Within an hour armed criminals shot at and seriously injured a book dealer LallanKumar at Rakksa Bahadur Chowk under Panapur police outpost at 10 pm and looted cash and other valuables from him. At 9 am the same day, two bike borne criminals had shot dead a contractor Atul Shahi. Three major crimes in the town on April 6, shocked Muzaffarpur residents. BJP MLA from Muzaffarpur Suresh Sharma said Jungle Raj prevails in Muzaffarpur. SSP, Muzaffarpur, Vivek Kumar, said that police were conducting raids to arrest the criminals involved in the three incidents.
