Bike rider dies in accident at Ara

Ara : Subhash Pathak of village Nargada Balua under Krishnagarha police station in Bhojpur district died in an accident on December 3, 2017, when the bike he was driving collided head on with a speeding tractor on Western Flyover Bridge under Nawada police station, Ara. Police brought the body over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.

SHO, Nawada Police Station, Subodh Kumar said that Subhash Pathak of village Nargada Balua had come to his in- laws’ place at Housing colony, Chandawa. On December 3, he was going to market. When he was passing through the Western Flyover Bridge under Nawada police station, a speeding tractor collided head on with his motorcycle killing him on the spot. After the accident, the driver of the tractor tried to escape but the residents of the area chased and caught him. They thrashed him and then handed him over to police.
