Bagaha: A bike lifter Rajan Karmakar of village Katakuyeea under Semara police station, who was arrested with a stolen motorbike during vehicle checking near village Pipara under Gobarahiya police station but escaped in handcuffs from lock- up of Gobarahiya police station in West Champaran district on September 23 on the pretext of attending call of nature, was arrested again from Kushinagar in Uttar Pradesh, on Tuesday. Bagaha SP Anand Kumar Singh said here that Gobarahiya SHO Dhananjay Rai,on a tip off, conducted raids at hideouts and succeeded in arresting him.
