Bihar govt to streamline functioning of pvt schools: Minister

Muzaffarpur : Bihar government has set up a committee to suggest ways to streamline the functioning of the private schools in the state. Giving this information on April 18, 2017, evening, Education Minister Ashok Choudary said that the government would take appropriate action on the basis of the report of the committee. The minister admitted that the private schools were minting money by misleading the people.

As for soil scam surrounding Bihar Environment and Forest and Health minister Tej Pratap Yadav, Choudhury said that senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi keeps issuing statements. Modi should raise the issue on appropriate platform, Choudhary said adding that issuing irresponsible statements would not lead to any solution. Choudhary, who is also state congress president,  said  the party has started working at the grassroot level.
