Patna: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Sunday mourned former State Information Commissioner Farzand Ahmad who died in Lucknow the same day.He was a cancer patient. Former CM Jeetanram Manjhi, in a statement, described Farzand as a fearless j0urnalst. Farzand was associated with the Indian Nation daily, UNI news agency and weekly Indian Today for about four decades. Lastly, he served with the UP government as advisor to its CM. Mediapersons of Bihar also condoled the death of Farzand .
