Muzaffarpur: The Muzaffarpur district administration has taken serious note of the indifferent attitude of the incharge of Kasturba Gandhi Residential School, Bochaha, Veena Kumari, towards the students three of whom were ill for the past few days but were taken to the hospital only when they fainted. All the three ill girls are students of Class VII. Block development officer (BDO), Bochaha, Siddharth Kumar,  has sought an explanation from the school incharge, Veena Kumari, in this connection.

The Block education officer (BEO), Bochaha,  Sangeeta Kumari, following directive of the district magistrate (DM), visited the school and also met the three girls :  Seema, Savita and Manisha. The BEO said that the school hostel lacks a safe drinking water source and the students fell as they were drinking unsafe water. The BDO said that school incharge does not take care of students. He indicated stern action in this connection. Meanwhile, resentment prevails among the parents due to deplorable condition of the school hostel.
