Patna : Former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi ( SuMo) , who had presented the annual budget in Bihar assembly for eight consecutive years between 2005 and 2013, on February 27, 2017,  claimed state’s economy has crippled and all development works were being carried on by the central funds.
Modi said Bihar got Rs  65,326 crores as its share in the central taxes and Rs 36,950 crores as central grants in the current financial year. There had been heavy cut in the budget demands of energy, health and labour departments. There is no roadmap for seven resolves of the chief minister, human resources development and agriculture in the budget for 2017-18  presented by Abdul Bari Siddiqui on February 27, he said.
