Ara : Bhojpur police on September 9, 2017, seized 2,256 bottles of IMFL hidden underground near Gaura Water Tank under Bahoranpur police outpost area but failed to arrest anyone in this connection. Police dug the ground to recover 2,256 bottles of IMFL. A named FIR has been lodged against five persons in this connection.
In another incident, police seized 240 bottles of IMFL under Karnamepur police outpost area on September 9 and also arrested two liquor smugglers Munna Singh, son of Rajendra Singh of village Aanar under Bihia police station, and Vikky Singh of Shahpur under the same police station. Police also seized a Passion Motorcycle. Later, police forwarded the the two arrested persons to jail.
