Bhojpur police recover woman missing for about 3 months

Ara : Bhojpur police, with the help of their Bhakhtiyarpur ( Patna) counterpart, on July 18, 2019, recovered a woman, mother of two children, and brought her over to Ara on July 19. They brought her over to Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination and will produce her before the court to get her statement recorded under Section 164 of CrPC.

SHO, Nawada police station, Ara, said,  that the woman had escaped from her house at Jagdeonagar under the police station about three months ago allegedly after a tiff with her husband leaving her two children behind. An FIR was lodged with Nawada police station in this connection. After institution of FIR, police swung into action. Police, following mobile surveillance, got information that the woman was at Bakhtiyarpur. A police team from Ara went to Bakhtiyarpur and with the help their counterpart there, recovered the woman and brought her over to Ara on July 19.
