Saharsa : Recovery of beheaded body of a middleage person near Simri Bakhtiyarpur railway station on Saharsa – Mansi rail section in Saharsa district on April 2, 2017, morning shocked the locals. Police are yet to ascertain whether it was a case of suicide or murder. Police have also not been able to establish the identity of the deceased so far. The body remained lying abandoned for several hours even as the GRP was informed about it.
