Bagaha : An inquiry ordered by SDM, Bagaha, Ghanshyam Meena into complaints pouring in here from different places under Bagaha block that bags full of rotten wheat were being supplied to PDS shop dealers and consumers were not getting the same, has led to seizure of such bags.
SDM, Bagaha, Ghanshyam Meena, had directed an officer Prakash Kumar Sinha to inquire into the matter. A raid was conducted at the godown of State Food Corporation (SFC), Bagaha, during which 20 bags of rotten wheat which were to be supplied to PDS dealers by Godown Manager, State Food Corporation, Bagaha branch, were seized.
SDM Meena on October 4, 2018, said here that Additional District Supply Officer (ADSO), Bagaha, Sushil Kumar Sinha will be directed to lodge an FIR against the Godown Manager of State Food Corporation, Bagaha, regarding the irregularities.
