Bagaha court sentences 2 persons to 10 yrs RI in attempt to murder case

Bagaha : Additional  District Judge 1, Bagaha, Durgesh Mani Tripathi, on May 25, 2019, convicted two persons : Pirhussain Ansari and Allauddin Ansari of village Mahuyee under Ramnagar police station in Bagaha police district, in an attempt to murder case and sentenced them 10 years rigorous imprisonment (RI).

Additional Public Prosecutor Jitendra  Bharti ,who conducted the case on behalf of Prosecution, said that Jalalullah Ansari, one of the residents of village Mahuyee, had lodged a case against the accused under section 307 of the IPC and 27 Arms Act.
