Saharsa : Seven autorickshaw borne criminals looted bike and Rs 4,200 cash from Amarnath Sah, a resident of village Balwaghat under Simribakhtiarpur police station in Saharsa district at 11.30 pm on July 15, 2017, at gun point. The criminals also thrashed his cousin Prabhat Kumar.
Amit and Prabhat were returning from Bhupathia Suhath when an auto blocked their way at Bhatauni. Soon seven criminals got down from the auto and first looted his mobile phone and wallet in which he had kept Rs 4,200 cash, his PAN Card, Aadhar Card, I Card and driving licence and thereafter looted his Honda bike. Amit Sah has lodged an FIR with Simribakhtiarpur police station in this connection. SHO, Umashankar Kamat, claimed police would soon arrest the criminals.
