Ara – Patna road blocked for 2 hours after truck dashes three

Ara : Irate villagers blocked Ara -Patna main road near Ahirpurwa under Town police station, Ara, and raised slogans against the police administration for about two hours  paralysing movement of vehicles after a speeding truck dashed three persons injuring them on December 19, 2017.
Satyendra Yadav was going to market on December 19 when a speeding truck dashed him. The driver of the truck, in his bid to escape, knocked two more persons and escaped with the truck. The local residents admitted the three injured to Ara Sadar Hospital and also blocked the road. The blockade was lifted after the owner of the truck assured to meet all the expenses for the treatment of the injured.
