Ara Court sentences 5 persons to rigorous life imprisonment in murder case

Ara : Additional District and Sessions Judge III, Ara, Tribhuwan Yadav, on January 11, 2020, sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment five accused in a murder case.

Advocate Uday Narayan Prasad said that some armed miscreants took Bir Bahadur Singh from his house at Dariyapur village under Udwantnagar police station in Bhojpur district to a lonely place and shot him dead on April 15, 2016. A named FIR was lodged with Udwantnagar police station on the statement of the father of the deceased. Love affair was said to be the cause behind the incident.

After hearing both the parties, the ADJ III, awarded rigorous life imprisonment to five persons : Dharmendra Kumar, Jyotish Kumar, Kamlesh Kumar, Dhirendra Kumar, and Vishal Kumar.
