Ara court issues notices to SHOs of Tarari, Karakat police stations

Ara : Additional District and Session Judge VII, Ara,  Pranav Shankar, on May 9, 2018, served show cause notices on the Station House Officer (SHOs) of Tarari police station in Bhojpur district and Karakat police station in Rohtas district through their respective SP and range DIG for not complying with the order of the court in an attempt to murder case.

An FIR was lodged with Tarari police station in Bhojpur district against 10 persons in connection with an attempt to murder case in 2005. Some accused were from Karakat police station in Rohtas district. All of them were on bail but later the court had cancelled their bail. The court had also issued warrant of property attachment against them but the both the SHOs did not inform the court about compliance with its  order.
