Patna: Over three dozen pilgrims from different parts of Chhapra town who had gone to Amarnath are safe, said union minister of state for Skill development and Saran MP Rajeev Pratap Rudy on Monday. Rudy, who talked to the senior officers of CRPF in Jammu and Kashmir till 3 am on Monday, said all pilgrims were safe and returning to Katra and Jammu from the holy cave. He talked to the deputy chief minister of J&K Nirmal Singh who informed him the pilgrims were given adequate security and would return to Jammu. Rudy said these pilgrims would return to Chhapra by Wednesday.
