Agrasen Samiti organises ‘Sawan Mahotsav’ at Ara

Ara : Under the banner of Agrasen Samiti, Ara, ‘Sawan Mahotsava’ was organized at Maina Sundar Bhawan on August 6, 2018. Hundreds of men, women and children of Agrawal, Jain and Marwari community participated in it.

‘Radha Krishna Roop Sajja’ competition was also organized in four categories to mark the occasion. Twentyone little boys and girls were made Krishna and Radha and played some roles on the stage. Later prizes were given to all the participants. Women and young girls clad in green sarees and green uniforms sang ‘Kajari’, ‘Sawan’ and ‘Jhoola’ and also performed dance programme.

Dhirendra Chand Jain, President, Manish Agrawal, Secretary, Tanu Agrawal, Dinesh Kumar, Sri Prakash, Sunil Jain, Gopal Krishna and others were present on the occasion.
