Advocate expelled from Araria Dist Membership

Araria: Qamaruzzama  No-2, a  member of Araria Bar, was on Friday expelled from Araria District Bar membership  following an unanimous resolution passed by its Executive Committee members at an emergent meeting held at the library  hall of the lawyers. Devendra Mishra, Senior advocate and President, Araria Bar Association, while confirming the expulsion of the advocate said that the said advocate had not behaved properly with a lady constable  deputed  on court duty. The said advocate also behaved improperly incident  with two male constables, he added. Qamaruzzama had joined Araria Bar in 2012.
