Muzaffarpur: Three candidates carrying fake mark-sheets were caught during scrutiny of educational qualifications of aspirants at army selection camp here on December 7. All the three admitted their mark-sheets were fake during interrogation. They were released on PR bond. They hail from East Champaran district.
