Patna : Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) thumped Delhi Capitals (DC) by 88 runs in the 47th match of IPL 2020 at Dubai International CRicket Stadium, Dubai, UAE, on October 27, 2020, late night, with captain David Warner (opener) scoring 66 in 34 balls hitting 8 fours and 2 sixes and his opening partner Wriddhiman Saha scoring 87 in 45 balls with 12 fours and 2 sixes while spinner Rashid Khan took 3/7 in 4 overs.Saha was named Player Off The Match.

Replying to SRH’s massive 219/2 in 20 overs, DC were all out for 131 in 19 overs. DC had won the toss and opted to bowl. It was SRH’s 5th win in 12 matches and they have now 10 points. For DC, it was their 5th defeat in 12 matches and they have 14 points.

Batting first, SRH openers Warner and Wriddhiman Saha added 107 runs for first wicket. Warner fell to Ravichandran Ashwin for 66 and it was 107/1. DC fast bowler Kagison Rabada was gtaken to the cleaner by SRH bastmen leaking away 54 runs in 4 overs without getting any wicket.
