Police recover bodies of two lovebirds from railway track in Bhojpur

Ara : Government Railway Police (GRP), Ara, recovered bodies of two lovebirds from near railway track (pole No 611/27)  under Danapur Division of East Central Railway (ECR), Hajipur, near village Kateya under Bihia police station in Bhojpur District on January 16, 2020.

Police brought the bodies over to  Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. An FIR has been lodged with GRP, Ara, and the police are investigating into the incident. The identity of the deceased is still to be ascertained.

SHO GRP, Ara, said that two love birds committed suicide under the wheel of running train at the outer signal of Ramanand Halt at Pole No 611/27 near Kateya village under Bihia police station on January 16. On information, the GRP rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies.
