Patna: Deepak Barnwal, an IPS officer of 2010 batch and SP, Security, has been transferred and posted as SP, Madhubani district. He will be replaced by Bijay Kumar Verma, IPS(2004), AIG at police headquarters (PHQ). Upendra Prasad Singh, IPS(2004) , Commandant , Homeguards, has been shifted to PHQ in place of Verma. State home departmentment issued a notification to this effect on August 31, 2016

Currently it appears like Movable Type is the best blogging platform out there right now.
(from what I’ve read) Is that what you are using on your blog?
When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment.
Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
