Patna: Bihar government on Thursday revoked the suspension of 2013 batch IAS officer Dr Jitendra Gupta with effect from August 12. Gupta was arrested by vigilance police and booked under Prevention of Corruption Act. He was in jail till August 12, when he was released on bail granted by the court. Gupta had reported his joining to general administration department on August 12, according to a government notification. He was arrested at Mohania, where he was posted as SDM
