TMBU creates record, declares BEd (2017-19 batch) results just 1 day after exam

Patna : Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU), Bhagalpur, has declared the results of BEd Examination of 2017-19 batch just one day after conclusion of Practical Examination creating a record. Acting VC, TMBU, Leelachand Saha, has informed the Governor’s Secretariat about it.

Acting VC, TMBU, said that the Theory part of the examination was held from March 5 to March 13, 2019, while the Practical Examination concluded on March 18, 2019, and the results were declared on March 19, 2019. TMBU had engaged additional examiners for evaluation of answer-books, Acting VC Saha said adding that around 1,900 students had appeared at the examination.

It may be mentioned here that the Bihar Governor cum Chancellor of State Universities, at a meeting of the Pro VCs of different universities held at Raj Bhavan on January 17, 2019, had directed all the universities to declare the results of BEd Exams (2017-19 batch) by March 31, 2019.

Aryabhatt Knowledge University (AKU) also declared the results of BEd Exam on March 19, 2019. VC, AKU, Dr A K Agrawal said that the BED Exams were held in February 2019 and results were declared on March 19.

The Governor’s Secretariat has congratulated the VCs of both TMBU and AKU and the respective university administration for declaring the BEd Exam results within time limit.
