Village block Udwantnagar-Sasaram main road to protest murder

Ara : Irate villagers blocked Udwantnagar-Sasaram main road near Udwantnagar police station after the Bhojpur police recovered body  Manoj Pandey,35, of Fatehpatti locality from a well at Fatehpatti, Musahar Toli, under Udwantnagar police station on March 18, 2019. . The villagers burnt tyres on road paralysing movement of vehicles. They were raising slogans against the district administration.

As a result, long queue of vehicles was on either side of the road and passengers had to face a lot of problems. Police rushed to the spot and tried to persuade the people to lift the blockade but to no avail.
