Girl raped at Ara, accused makes video viral on social media

Ara : An incident of making nude photographs of a girl viral on social media after outraging her modesty has come to light after the girl reached Sadar Hospital, Ara, for treatment on January 2, 2019, evening. An FIR has been lodged with Ara Town police station in this connection but the accused is yet to be arrested.

Station House Officer, Ara Town Police Station, J P Singh said that Shibbu Rahman alias Rahul, son of Ataur Rahman, an employee at the local Al-Hafeez College and a resident of Mahajan Toli No 1 under Ara Town police station, decoyed a teenage girl with a promise to help her in clearing the matriculation examination and took her to a secluded place. He added some intoxicants into her cold drink and when she fell unconscious, he outraged her modesty and also made video of the act and took some nude photographs of her. He made a video and made nude photographs viral on social media to blackmail the girl.

The girl had appeared thrice at the matriculation examination but failed to clear the examination. Taking advantage of it, Shibbu Rahman promised to help her in pass the examination. The girl fell into his trap and went out with him.
