Man drowns in river Ganga in Buxar

Buxar : Satyendra Mullah, 25, son of Vikrama Mullah of Navrang Rai Ke Dera village under Ram Das Rai Police Outpost in Buxar district, drowned in river Ganga while taking a dip in the river at Basai ghat on May 20, 2018, noon.

Satyendra Mullah was returing o his native village Navrang Rai ke Dera from Balia along with his aunt and uncle via a pontoon bridge on May 20. When they reached near Basai ghat in Buxar district, they decided to have a dip in the river. While taking bath in the river, Satyendra Mullah trapped in a circular movement in the river and all efforts to save him went in vain.
