Patna : Pakistan beat West Indies by 82 runs in the second T20I at National Stadium, Karachi,  on April 2, 2018. Chasing a target of 206 to win the match, West Indies collapsed again to be all out for 123 in 19.2 overs with Mohammad Amir taking 3/22 in 4 overs and Hussain Talat 2/12 in 1.2 over. Shadab Khan took 2/23. Pakistan now lead the three-match T20I series 2-0 having won the 1st T20I by 143 runs on April 1, 2018, at Karachi.

Opener Chadwick Walton was the top scorer for West Indies making 40 runs in 29 balls with 5 four and 2 sixes while wicketkeeper Dinesh Ramdin made 21 in 20 balls with 2 sixes and a four. Captain Jason Mohammad made 15.

Earlier electing to bat first after winning the toss, Pakistan made 205/3 in 20 overs with opener Babar Azar scoring an unbeaten 97 in 58 balls with 13 fours and a six and Hussain Talat scoring 61 in 41 balls with 8 fours and a six. Shoaib Malik remained not out on 17 in 7 balls 2 fours and a six.
