Patna : Bihar Government on April 2, 2018, trasnferred Principal Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Ms Anshuli Arya, a 1989 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer, and appointed her Principal Secretary, Science & Technology Department. Secretary, Rural Development Department, Vinay Kumar, a 1999 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer, has been given additional charge of Secretary, PHED.
Safina A N, a 1997 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer, who was waiting for posting on her return from central deputation, has been appointed Commissioner, Kosi Division, Saharsa.
Additional Secretary, Finance Department, Jayant Kumar Singh, a 2006 batch IAS officer, has been transferred and appointed Chief Executive Officer cum MD, Bihar State Education Finance Corporation, Patna. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on April 2, 2018, evening.
