Sasaram : Additional District and Sessions Judge IV, Sasaram Civil Court, Prem Chand Pandey, on January 11, 2018, sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment four persons: Ekram alias Baliram Singh, Pappu alias Ranjit Bahadur Singh, Jhunna alias Ranjit Singh and Kamala Singh of village Gamharia under Nokha police station in Rohtas district, in connection with murder of two persons of the same village. The ADJ also slapped a fine of Rs 50,000 on each of them.
The accused had shot dead two persons: Gajendra Tiwari and Vibhay Tiwari of Gamharia village under Nokha police station in Rohtas district on December 30, 2014. All the four aforesaid persons were made named accused in the FIR. After hearing both the parties, the court convicted the four accused and sentenced them to rigorous life imprisonment.
