Buxar : Police arrested one Mukesh Chaudhary of village Manaki under Bagen police station in Buxar district and forwarded him to jail on May 7, 2017, after his sister-in-law (bhabhi) complained that he had been sexually exploiting her for the last five years after promising to marry her but later refused.
Buxar SP Upendra Kumar Sharma said that woman became widow only three months after her marriage and she and her brother-in-law (devar) Mukesh Chaudhary developed intimate relation. Mukesh Chaudhary promised her to marry and had been sexually exploiting her for the last five years. Meanwhile, Mukesh’s marriage was settled and it was to be solemnized on May 7 and so he distanced himself from his sister -in-law and refused to marry her. The woman complained to the Buxar SP accusing Mukesh Chaudhary of exploiting her.
Mukesh Chaudhary, after his arrest, alleged before police that his sister-in-law also had illicit relation with her father-in-law Dahadi Chaudhary hence he distanced himself from her. SHO, Bagen police station, said that police were investigating into the matter from different angles.
