Ara : Police arrested Azad Singh alias Chhanguri, 18, son of Shiv Ji Singh, for killing a minor girl at village Mukundpur under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district on May 6, 2017, evening after he failed in his attempt to outrage her modesty. The accused allegedly inserted a scissor in private parts of the eight year old girl after he failed in his attempt. Later, police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
