Enough evidence against BJP MLA in Niraj murder case : DIG

Dhanbad ( Jharkhand) : Coal belt DIG Saket Singh while talking to the Speed Post News Network on April 11, 2017, evening, said police had enough evidences to prove that BJP MLA for Jharia Saniv Singh got Congress leader and his first cousin Niraj Singh killed. The evidence include mobile phone records of the MLA, who was allegedly in touch with several criminals including sharpshooters, his mobile phone location at time of killing and safe passage to killers  after the crime. Sanjiv Singh surrendered before police on April 11, 2017.

“You can say that the  problems started between Sanjiv Singh and Neeraj Singh over control of coal loading and unloading business, contest over immovable property of Singh mansion and rising popularity of Neeraj. Sanjiv Singh started fearing that it will be tough to win from Jahia  assembly seat next time if Neeraj too contests from there. Police got vital information after arrest of Dablu Mishra who revealed how he was hired by the MLA,” said the DIG.
