Bagaha : Tulas Mahto of village Belahawa under Naurangia police station in West Champaran district was arrested in drunken state by Naurangia police station SHO Narendra Prasad from Kerai canal bridge. Police also recovered two litres of countrymade liquor from his possession. Mahto was sent to jail on February 27, 2017.
