Bagaha : Altogether 80 families were rendered homeless in a devastating fire which broke out suddenly at village Tesarahiya Bathawaria in West Champaran district on April 10, 2017, morning. An eyewitness said that the fire  started from a house while food was being cooked and soon engulfed 80 houses. Several goats and hens were roasted alive. Property and grains worth Rs 15 lakh perished in the fire. Bagaha-1 Circle Officer Raj Kumar Sah reached the village soon after getting information to take stock of situation.
