Patna: Aurangabad police on Monday seized huge consignments of IMFL and countrymade liquor in two separate raids and arrested four persons in this connection. Sadar SDPO P N Sahu said that separate police teams from Jamhore and Simra police stations carried out raids at Timberbigha bus stand and Anjaniya Mor on secret information. He said that 2,600 litre of countrymade liquor and 41 bottles of IMFL were seized in the two raids.

Sahu said that the arrested persons had been identified as Rahul Kumar, Amit Kumar, Mithun Kumar and Subhash Chowrasia, who disclosed that they used to smuggle liquor from Jharkhand, West Bengal and Haryana to Aurangabad and the consignments were delivered to different hotels.
