Patna : Bihar government on October 23, 2017, deputed 25 Deputy Secretary rank officials of Bihar Administrative Service (BAS) to Patna Collectorate from October 23 to October 27 for law and order duty at different ghats along river Ganga during the four day Chhath festival beginning October 24.
All the 25 officers were asked to give their joining report to DM, Patna, on October 23 itself and workk as per his direction during their deputation period. All of them will return to their original respective posts after the end of their deputation period. The General Administration Department (GAD), Bihar Government, issued a notification to this effect on October 23.
The 25 BAS officials sent on deputation to Patna Collectorate include Rajesh Kumar, Arshad Firoz, Ashok Kumar -1, Rajnish Kumar, Anuj Kumar, Akhilesh Kumar, Rahul, Rajeshwar Prasad, Kamal Nayan, Subodh Kumar, Vinod Kumar, Azimullah, Rajbardhan, Anil Kumar Singh, Vikas Kumar, Sribabu Yadav, Anjani Kumar, and Gayanand Yadav.
