Ara : State Food Corporation (SFC), Ara, Assistant Arun Kumar Mehta, on the direction of the District Manager, on September 13, 2017, lodged a named FIR with Nawada police station against the CRC in-charge cum Assistant Manager, Biscomaun, Azam Raj, in connection with misappropriation of 11,135 bags of rice. This is the second FIR lodged against Azam Raj in two days. On September 12 too, the SFC Assistant had lodged an FIR against Azam Raj with Nawada police station in connection with misappropriation of 4,618 bags of rice. A physical verification of the SFC godowns was done on July 14, 2017.
