Patna : Marwari Yuva Manch, Patna City, in association with Rotary Club, Patna City Samrat, distributed 1,000 blankets among Dalits, Women, Weaker Sections of the society and destitute in Patna City on January 7, 2018, in the memory of late Hira Lal Sah, a noted businessman & philanthropist of Patna.
The distribution ceremony, which was organised this morning on the premises of Arya Kanya Vidyalaya (Gandhi School), Mansoorgunj, Patna City, was inaugurated by senior BJP leader and Depuy Chief Minister, Bihar, Sushil Kumar Modi. Road Construction Department (RCD) Minister Nand Kishore Yadav, graced the event as its Chief Guest.
Lauding the efforts of the organisers, Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi appealed the affluent sections of the society to come forward to help the underprivileged in a big way in the times of need.
O P Sah, the eldest son of late Hira Lal Sah and former President, Bihar Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Prakash Baranwal, President – Rotary Club, Patna City, Vijay Yadav, Member, Rotary Club, Patna City, Pankaj Loyalka, President, Marwari Yuva Manch, Patna City,were prominent among those present on the occasion.
