1 school student killed, another injured as bus dashes bike in Bhojpur

Ara : A speeding bus dashed two motorcycle borne school students near Sahajani Mor under Hasanbazaar police outpost on Ara-Sasaram main road on February 19, 2019, evening, in which one of the students was killed and another seriously injured.

Police brought the body over to Sadar Hospital, Ara, for post-mortem and admitted the injured there. The deceased was identified as Bhuwar Tiwari alias Chhotu Tiwari, 15, son of Rajdeo Tiwari of village Dhumia under Karakat police station in Rohtas district. The injured was identified as Amit Tiwari, son of Manoj Tiwari of the same village. Bhuwar Tiwari was a student of class 7 while Amit Tiwari is a class 8 student.

SHO, Hasanbazaar police outpost, said that Bhuwar Tiwari along with his friend Amit Tiwari had gone to a gas agency at Duari under Bikramganj police station to take gas cylinder for his co-villager on February 19 evening on his motorcycle. When he reached near Sahajani Mor under Hasanbazzar police outpost on Ara-Sasaram main road, a speeding bus dashed his  motorcycle from behind and escaped. Both the friends were injured but Bhuwar Tiwari succumbed to his injuries on way to Sadar Hospital, Ara.
